Rajeev Kawatra

Director

Practising Advocate at Punjab and Haryana High Court since 1989. Has been dealing in civil cases, including land acquisitions, criminal cases, company law matters, DRT matters, etc., for more than 30 years, having experience in nearly every field of law. He has represented the states of Punjab and Haryana as Senior Deputy Advocate General, Govt. of Haryana, and AAG, Govt. of Punjab, and is presently representing the Govt. of India as its Senior Panel Counsel. He has also remained on the panels of various boards and corporations of the government of Punjab and Haryana, in addition to the panel of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana.

Vikas Kumar

Managing Partner / Legal Head

Practising Advocate at the Punjab and Haryana High Court since 1991. Has been dealing with criminal cases, civil cases, service matters, arbitration matters, etc. for more than 30 years. He has represented states of Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh as its panel council, such as Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), Haryana State Electricity Board, Haryana Financial Corporation, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Corporation Board, Haryana Police Housing Corporation, State Corporative Apex Bank Ltd., Haryana Seeds Development Corporation, and Haryana Tourism Corporation.

Prof. Sarab Nihal Singh Nagra

Designated Partner / Technical Head

Prof. Sarab N. S. Nagra has played several roles in the field of education, including as a professor, researcher, and co-founder of companies focused on educational technology. He has contributed to computer vision and pattern recognition projects under the White Sands Missile Range NASA programs taught computer science and mathematics as a professor and co-founded StudentSpace, a US-based ERP and educational intelligence platform company. 

Additionally, he has participated in policy-making related to educational technology in New Mexico as a member of the state's legislature. He has also collaborated with the US and NM education departments over the years. In 2004, his company was recognized by the Ohio House of Representatives for its contribution to improving education quality in Ohio.

Dr. Harbhajan Singh Sidhu, Retd. Judicial member of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ministry of Law and Justice. He is a practising advocate at Supreme Court of India and Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. Dr. Sidhu has experience nearly In every field of law. He has dealt with hundreds of income tax cases while serving as judge at Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.

  8. Assistant Director  in Ministry of Tourism (on Deputation through UPSC),

  9. Worked in Defence Supply Wing (RSU) and Coordinated in the requirement of 39 Ordinance Factories of Ministry of Defence. This includes source Identification of Defence Egypt, coordination with Royal Ordnance, Defence UK.

  10. Organising visits of UK Defence officials to India and Indian Officials to UK and also Supply of Life saving drugs to PMO, President Sect, Indian Govt. Hospital.

Maeve was born in Ireland and,  after spending a considerable number of years in Australia, now divides her time between Ireland and India as a business and policy development consultant in the wellness industry.

Maeve’s business and policy development expertise comes from her strategic planning and management career, which encompassed 23 years in Western Australia’s Department of Justice. She was a lecturer in justice studies at Edith Cowan University, Perth, Western Australia, for over a decade. Maeve‘s academic qualifications include a B.A. (Hons) Justice degree from Edith Cowan University, a Business Diploma, and an MBA in Leadership and Management from Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia.

I.A.S. has retired as Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Punjab (India), and has vast experience in revenue matters. While performing his duties as Sub Divisional Magistrate, as Additional Deputy Commissioner, as Deputy Commissioner, he has dealt with all types of revenue-related cases.
